In addition to providing Inspection / Testing and Verification Services on a global scale / Daily Reporting and Certification, AgriMin Control International S.A., also provides specialized services related to Storage of Commodities, including the following:-
STOCK MONITORING – GENERAL
STRUCTURAL SURVEY / DUE DILIGENCE
Prior to taking on any assignment whether it’s CMA / SMA or STOCK AUDIT Services, it will be necessary that we undertake visits to the intended Storage Locations and perform the following Surveys, thereby satisfying ourselves that the intended premises are suitable, safe and appropriate for the storage of the intended Commodity/Products.
- Structural Survey of the intended Store and all facilities.
- Ensure capabilities on non-comingling of stocks with third party goods.
- Review Storage Owners Insurance Cover.
- Security of the premises either by contracted Security Company or other means.
- Ensure that we are able to have our own locks and keys.
- Ensure that we will have free and unhindered access to all facilities
Upon our satisfaction of this Survey we will agree or decline (in the event we are not satisfied) and proceed to structure agreements, based on the following:-
CMA (COLLATERAL MANAGEMENT AGREEMENT)
- This form of Stock Control calls for the presence of the Service Provider (Monitor/Supervisor) on 24 hours per day 7 days per week basis the duration of the agreement.
- We the Monitor/Supervisor will be obliged to put forward their Professional Indemnity Insurance Cover in respect of negligence on the part of their personnel in attendance.
- No comingling of Stocks will be permitted.
- All goods will be strictly controlled during intake into the storage facility and a Warehouse Receipt (UR -non-negotiable) will be issued by the Monitor/Supervisor, usually with a plus/minus tolerance of X % on the in-taken quantity (bulk) depending on the facilities/ commodity.
Investigate type of Formal Receipt (document of title to goods) issued by Storage Owners for Goods stored. - No goods can be re-delivered at any time without the Monitor/Supervisors consent and Supervision following the appropriate Release Orders (RO) received from the Principal.
- The Monitor/Supervisor will Supervise all re-deliveries.
- Daily/Weekly/Monthly Reports will be forwarded to Principal.
SMA (STOCK MONITORING AGREEMENT)
This form of Stock Control is usually applied on ‘partial attendance basis’, say one visit per week, multiple visits per month or whichever variant suits the Principal’s needs, thereby, effectively “keeping an eye on the goods”.
All of the Services above, except (a) (d) and (e) can also be included in services related to SMA’s.
